Service Terms This document, which includes the Terms of Service Agreement (henceforth referred to as the "Agreement"), is a legally binding contract between Printtrepair.com, its subsidiary VCCARE, and you (hereinafter referred to as "You"), the site visitor and/or client using our services. The company that owns and runs this website, printtrepair.com, also offers the resources and services that VCCARE makes available on this website.
Prior to using any of the resources, features, or services provided by this website, you must read this Agreement and accept all of its terms and conditions and obligations. Accessing any part of this website, using any tools, features, or services, signing up as a member, or viewing any text or graphics on this website explicitly and unambiguously indicates that you have read this Agreement and accept to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Service Plans and Related Information
Service Schedules and Associated Data Any time and without prior notice, changes or cancellations to service plans are possible. Printtrepair.com and/or VCCARE may, at any time and without prior notice, terminate service for any reason that they, in their sole discretion, think fit.
As our client, you acknowledge that you are financially liable for all services provided. Additionally, you consent to not asking for "charge-backs" or to have any fees or service charges made using your credit card canceled.
The Subscription Support Plans are non-refundable and call for a twelve-month commitment. Customers may cancel at any time after the first year with thirty (30) days' written notice. Software training is not supported by the subscription plans, nor do they support accounting, financial, database, CAD/CAM, or comparable software.
Conflicts You specifically give up the right to contest the quality of the service and any related refusal to pay our service and related charges if you are unhappy with the work completed. Please send your complaint by email to support@vccare.online within seven calendar days of the service being performed. We promise to address the issues raised by your written complaint and take appropriate action in response as soon as we can. Arbitration, as described below, will be mandatory and binding for all unresolved complaints.
Failed Attempts at Service We will take all appropriate steps to identify the type of issue(s) that need our expert attention, as well as to find, examine, and fix any mistakes or issues. However, even with our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully address the issues you have hired us to inspect and fix. Therefore, even in the event that we are unable to make any real repairs despite exerting all reasonable efforts, you are still responsible for and will need to reimburse us for the time we spent trying to fix your issues.
Help Desk Ticket A case known as a "Ticket" will be created in the VCCARE Support Portal on behalf of a registered customer who calls VCCARE support. A customer's email is sent right away after they raise a support ticket. The ticket will be closed in the support portal with a summary of the resolution offered during the phone or remote session if the agent can resolve the question or issue without the need for further investigation or replication. The support ticket will remain OPEN if the agent feels that further attention is needed to follow up on it.
Aid in the Closing of Tickets In the event that the customer is unavailable when the agent follows up with them regarding a suggested solution for the open ticket, the ticket will stay open for the next five days if they have a One Ticket Support plan and three days if they have an Annual or Business Plan. Unless the customer notifies support that the ticket is unresolved, the ticket will be automatically marked as Solved at the end of that period. The ticket is archived after it is closed and cannot be reopened. Archived cases can be viewed for reference and are kept on file in the Support Portal as part of the customer history.
Trademarks and other intellectual property, including service names and marks Without our prior written consent, you are not permitted to use our name, trademarks, or any other component of our numerous intellectual property assets in any way, including for publicity, advertising, or any other kind of business or non-commercial purpose.
The ability to decline, halt, or end service Without giving any prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend service to any user for any reason we see fit, in our sole discretion. Generally speaking, we have the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service if we find that a user is abusing the system, publishing "hate" or intolerable content, threatening or harassing others, violating someone else's civil rights, violating someone else's privacy or publicity rights, defaming another person or organization, or using the system in an improper or illegal manner. But we also have the right to reject, suspend, or end service for any reason that we deem suitable in our sole discretion.
The End of the Service If professional time and services are prepaid and unused and are not used within a year of the original purchase date, we fully reserve the right to have them expire on your account. As a result, any unused professional time and services will eventually run out and won't be refundable or usable again. If we decide to terminate the professional time or services that you have not used, or if there is an impending expiration, we will not be required to tell you.
Minimal Conditions for Assistance To receive service, you must have a broadband or high-speed Internet connection, and your computer must always be actively connected to the Internet at all times when we are providing or intend to provide you with service. Additionally, during all service periods, you must have a registered, functional copy of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 installed as the operating software on your system. Whenever we are performing repairs, diagnosing issues, downloading software, or installing repair-related materials, your computer needs to be connected and functional. You agree to let us download and install any recommended software, even if it requires paying a license fee in the event that there isn't enough freeware available. You will be in charge of paying any licensing fees and registration fees associated with the software. Additionally, you consent to our removal of any software that is causing problems for you or that we deem to be harmful or otherwise interfering with the proper operation of your computer.
You might need to turn off User Account Control (UAC) if you have Microsoft Vista installed on your computer. If you do disable the UAC, you agree to hold us harmless from any failure and/or losses of any kind arising from your computer's susceptibility to malware and other harmful programs and scripts during the brief time that we are accessing it. This susceptibility may result from your temporary disabling of the UAC or from your failure to correctly and promptly reestablish your UAC protections. You acknowledge that when our access to your computer expires, you will quickly reactivate your UAC as directed by us.
